Trading & Transportation Services

• Trading of grain and feed ingredients with established feed companies and agricultural suppliers;
• Merchandising of feed ingredients and grain;
• Trading by-products that are made available from animal feed ingredient processors and human food manufacturing;
• Rail-to-truck transfer of feed ingredient and agricultural products, and the delivery of those products;
• Warehousing of bulk feed ingredients, bulk products, bagged products, and flat storage;
• Specialized transportation for ag products, including high cube hopper trailers and pneumatic trailers;
• Truck and transportation brokerage.

MEC is entirely owned and privately held by Luke Brite. Luke has extensive experience as a farmer and show livestock feeder in Indiana. His experience has helped him build strong relationships with many customers and suppliers.

Luke Brite

Luke procured Mitchel Enterprises Corp, effective January 1, 2022.  Prior to owning the company, Luke was the Operations Manager for 16 years and was the lead Merchandiser for 6 years.  His knowledge and vision will continue to lead MEC into the future for years to come.

Jan Mitchel

Jan Mitchel was a previous owner of Mitchel Enterprises Corp.  Since selling his shares of the business, Jan has stayed on as a feed ingredient dispatcher.

Nikki Callahan

Nikki has been with Mitchel Enterprises for nearly two decades.  She oversees all Accounts Receivable, manages all Accounts Payable, and prepares Payroll and Taxes.  In addition to supervising the hiring process, she also handles the day-to-day office operations.

Lee Ann Pease

Lee Ann is our Administrative Assistant.  She is responsible for invoicing and customer service.

Debra Milholland

Debra is our part time invoicing assistant.

John Stiles

John transitioned from a Mitchel Enterprises over-the-road driver into our Pneumatic Dispatcher.  His experience on the road makes him uniquely qualified for this position.
